Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations and manufacturing activities
Develop and implement production schedules to meet business demands
Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are achieved
Monitor manufacturing performance and operational KPIs
Lead, supervise, and develop production teams
