Doctor's Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform and report ultrasounds of the abdomen, pelvis, vascular, small parts, etc.
- Daily report x-ray studies.
- Management of the radiology department, preparing a weekly work plan for the x-ray technicians
- Interpret laboratory studies related to the patient being studied in radiology
- Consulting with other medical professionals to diagnose disease or injury
- Check the daily quality control of radiology equipment.
- Check and monitor the PPM of radiology equipment
- Check the radiation protection program for technicians, hospital staff, and patients.
- Check the statistical control of the X-ray department.
- Suggest the most appropriate studies for each patient, optimizing time and resources
- Interacting with patients, gathering information, and identifying underlying conditions
- Preparing research papers and presenting at medical conferences
