Marketing Specialist – In-HouseJob Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to manage the company’s day-to-day marketing activities.

This is a hands-on, in-house role covering social media, content creation, graphic design, digital campaigns, company presentations, brochures, website updates, and sales-support materials. The successful candidate will work closely with management and other departments to maintain a professional and consistent company image.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the company’s daily marketing activities.
• Create and publish content across the company’s social media platforms.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Design brochures, presentations, company profiles, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Create photographs, videos, reels, and project-related content.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and printed materials.
• Update the company website with services, projects, news, and other relevant content.
• Support the sales team with presentations, proposal templates, project references, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to collect accurate project and product information.
• Plan and manage digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor social media, website, advertising, and enquiry performance.
• Prepare regular marketing reports for management.
• Organize the company’s photographs, videos, artwork, templates, and marketing files.
• Coordinate with printers, photographers, designers, and other external suppliers when required.
• Support exhibitions, events, product launches, and corporate activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and relevant market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong content-writing and communication skills.
• Ability to use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Basic photography and video-editing skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and branding consistency.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
• A portfolio of previous marketing or design work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in elevators, MEP, construction, engineering, manufacturing, real estate, or another B2B industry.
• Experience creating company profiles, brochures, presentations, case studies, and corporate videos.
• Knowledge of website content management, SEO, email marketing, or CRM systems.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence for occasional site and event visits.

Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
