Job Title: Art Director

Location: Doha, Qatar

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual identity and creative direction of our brands. This role goes beyond graphic design—you will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts, leading creative projects, maintaining brand consistency, and producing world-class marketing assets across digital, print, retail, and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is a creative leader with exceptional design skills, strong branding expertise, and the ability to transform ideas into visually impactful campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction

• Lead the visual and creative direction for all company brands.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas from initial brief to final execution.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Senior Management to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to management.

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality marketing materials including:
• Social media creatives
• Posters and flyers
• Digital advertisements
• Menu boards
• Packaging
• Signage
• Brochures
• Corporate presentations
• Event branding
• Merchandise
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Ensure all creative outputs meet premium brand standards.

Photography & Video Production

• Direct and coordinate product, food, lifestyle, and corporate photo shoots.
• Plan and oversee video production for promotional campaigns and social media.
• Work with photographers, videographers, and content creators to achieve desired creative outcomes.
• Perform basic photo editing and video editing when required.

Digital & Social Media Support

• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Design motion graphics, animated posts, and short-form video content.
• Stay updated with the latest design, social media, and visual storytelling trends.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members.
• Manage multiple creative projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and production vendors.
• Review and approve creative work before publication or production.

Innovation & Brand Growth

• Research emerging design trends, typography, photography, AI-powered creative tools, and digital technologies.
• Continuously improve the visual identity of the company's brands.
• Recommend innovative ideas that enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Branding, or Creative Direction.
• Previous experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, and AI-powered creative tools.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding expertise.
• Excellent photo retouching and image manipulation skills.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an advantage.

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
