We are looking for a skilled and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our team and produce premium visual content that showcases our luxury real estate portfolio and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-end interior, exterior, and architectural photography.
- Produce cinematic property videos and virtual-style property tours.
- Create engaging Reels, TikTok videos, and social media content.
- Manage the complete post-production and editing process, from footage selection to final delivery.
- Develop creative visual concepts that enhance property marketing and brand positioning.
- Ensure all content maintains a premium, consistent, and professional visual standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate, architecture, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong photography and videography skills with a professional portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or other professional editing tools.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera techniques, color grading, and storytelling.
- Ability to create content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
