Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Automotive division, specializing in Automotive Parts, Tires, Lubricants, and Batteries. This is a full‑time role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing high‑value customer relationships, and leading sales initiatives across B2B and B2C segments. The role requires strong commercial acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior team members while ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets across automotive parts, tires, lubricants, and batteries.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts such as dealers, workshops, fleet operators, trading houses, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Lead sales planning and forecasting activities for assigned territories or customer segments.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring alignment with their operational needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, finance, and after‑sales) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Track sales performance using CRM systems and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
  • Support and guide junior sales staff, sharing best practices and market insights.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and after‑sales support.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within:
  • Automotive parts
  • Tires
  • Lubricants
  • Batteries
  • Strong network within the automotive aftermarket, including workshops, fleets, and trading customers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Sales strategy and planning
  • Key account management
  • Negotiation and deal closing
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Commercially driven with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or trading industry is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Engineering is an advantage).
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR7,500.00 per hour
