As a Female French Language Trainer (Part-Time) at Excellence Training Centre, you will be responsible for delivering personalized and effective French language training to a private student. You will help the learner develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while progressing from beginner to intermediate level.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality private French language training for A1, A2, and B1 levels.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Develop personalized lesson plans, activities, assignments, and assessments based on the student's learning needs and goals.
• Create an interactive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation.
• Evaluate the student's progress and provide constructive feedback throughout the training.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the student's learning style and proficiency level.
• Maintain accurate attendance and student progress records.
• Conduct approximately 20–25 training hours per level, from A1 through B1.
• Deliver 2–3 sessions per week, with each session lasting approximately 1.5–2 hours.
• Conduct training at a mutually agreed location, such as a coffee shop or co-working space. The exact location will be confirmed later.
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility while delivering personalized one-to-one training.

Qualifications

• Strong command of spoken and written French.
• Previous experience teaching or training French language learners is preferred.
• Must be able to teach A1, A2, and B1 French language levels.
• A relevant French language teaching qualification or internationally recognized French language certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language learning goals.
• Must be currently based in Qatar.
• Must be comfortable conducting private training sessions at a coffee shop or co-working space.

Compensation

• QAR 60.00 – QAR 70.00 per hour (Part-Time Role)
