QA Tester – ERP & E-Commerce Applications

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ERP, E-Commerce, and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing activities, identifying defects, validating business processes, and supporting successful software deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ERP, E-Commerce, and Mobile applications.
• Test ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Order Management modules.
• Validate integrations and workflows between ERP and E-Commerce platforms.
• Prepare, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, ERP consultants, business analysts, and end users to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist during production releases.
• Verify application functionality, security, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
• Maintain test documentation, test reports, and defect logs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software testing, preferably across ERP, E-Commerce, and Mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of business processes, including Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing; exposure to automation testing tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Experience writing SQL queries and performing database validation.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.
• E-Commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Mobile application testing (Android and iOS).
• Automation testing frameworks and tools

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
