Operations Lead (Hospitality)
المسمى الوظيفي:
قائد العمليات – قطاع الضيافة
الموقع:
Doha
الهدف من الوظيفة:
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمنشأة أو مجموعة المنشآت الفندقية/الضيافة لضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة، وتحقيق رضا العملاء، ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية والربحية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة ومتابعة العمليات اليومية في الفندق أو المطعم أو منشآت الضيافة.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة وخدمة العملاء.
- الإشراف على فرق العمل وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.
- إعداد الجداول التشغيلية وخطط العمل اليومية.
- مراقبة الميزانيات والتكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء وحل المشكلات التشغيلية بسرعة واحترافية.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة مثل الموارد البشرية، المشتريات، والصيانة.
- متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وإعداد التقارير للإدارة العليا.
- ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة واللوائح المحلية في قطر.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في قطاع الضيافة أو الفنادق.
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة فرق متعددة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل العربية.
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الفنادق والعمليات التشغيلية.
