Operations Executive Restaurant jobs in Doha

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our site.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in restaurant operations and be comfortable managing teams, handling daily operational challenges, maintaining service standards, and ensuring the site runs smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily site operations.
• Ensure all areas are ready and operating according to standards.
• Coordinate and follow up with operational teams across the site.
• Manage staff schedules, task allocation, and daily team performance.
• Monitor F&B operations, stock levels, supplies, and vendor requirements.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.
• Follow up on opening and closing procedures and operational checklists.
• Handle on-site issues and resolve operational challenges quickly.
• Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other teams.
• Support events, activations, and high-traffic operating days.
• Prepare daily operational reports and follow up on pending actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience.
• Previous experience in restaurant operations is required.
• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar operational role is preferred.
• Strong experience in team supervision and day-to-day operations.
• Good understanding of inventory, stock control, suppliers, hygiene, and food safety.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in Qatar is preferred.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak operational periods.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
