Registered Nurse (Home Healthcare) | Bidaya Home Healthcare

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care where it matters most—at patients' homes.

Bidaya Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You'll play a vital role in improving patients' health, independence, and quality of life while working closely with families and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments
  • Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
  • Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medication, and home care
  • Support elderly, post-operative, pediatric, and chronically ill patients
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with healthcare regulations

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Current nursing registration and eligibility for licensure with Qatar's Ministry of Public Health
  • Minimum of 2 years' recent clinical nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home healthcare, community nursing, or elderly care
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
  • DataFlow verification and Qatar Prometric examination (where applicable)
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid driver's licence is beneficial
