Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer | At Home Doc

At Home Doc is seeking a professional and organised Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer to support our growing home healthcare services. As the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, you'll play a vital role in coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Schedule, confirm, and manage home healthcare appointments
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
• Prepare administrative documents, referrals, and medical forms
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
• Coordinate schedules for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare policies
• Deliver a professional, efficient, and patient-focused service experience

Skills & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital, medical clinic, or home healthcare environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Experience with health insurance verification and billing
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
