We provide advanced medical and diagnostic support solutions that help healthcare providers deliver reliable, high-quality care across multiple clinical environments. We are looking for a Senior Medical Operations Manager who can oversee complex healthcare operations while leading operational strategy, clinical coordination, and service performance initiatives. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, improve operational workflows, and support healthcare systems that directly impact patient outcomes and organizational growth. You are not simply managing medical operations; you are helping create healthcare environments built on efficiency, accuracy, and quality care.

Why Work With Us?

The Environment:
We provide a professional healthcare environment focused on collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across medical and administrative departments.

Healthcare Impact:
You will have direct involvement in operational planning, clinical service coordination, and healthcare improvement initiatives that support both patient care and organizational performance.

Operational Excellence:
We value leaders who can improve healthcare workflows, strengthen service delivery, and maintain high standards of compliance and operational quality.

Growth:
We support continuous professional development through healthcare leadership programs, operational training, and medical industry conferences that help our teams remain competitive in evolving healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily healthcare and diagnostic operations including clinical coordination, patient service workflows, operational performance monitoring, and healthcare support activities.

Service Delivery Management:
Ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency by improving service workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving operational challenges effectively.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor healthcare coordinators, administrative managers, clinical support teams, and operational staff. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.

Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve workflow efficiency, optimize healthcare service delivery, and support organizational scalability.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, medical operational standards, patient confidentiality requirements, and company policies across all healthcare activities.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with executive leadership, healthcare providers, external partners, and regulatory teams to support operational goals and healthcare service improvements.

Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, patient service metrics, workflow efficiency, and quality assurance indicators while supporting continuous operational improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical administration, diagnostic services management, or clinical operations leadership, including at least 1-2 years in a senior management role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing healthcare operations teams, coordinating multidisciplinary workflows, and maintaining high standards of operational performance and patient care.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of healthcare operations, medical compliance standards, patient service coordination, and diagnostic service workflows.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in healthcare management systems, operational reporting platforms, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for operational reporting, leadership coordination, and stakeholder management. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Mindset:
You are organized, analytical, and patient-focused. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, healthcare quality, and team performance while leading operations in fast-paced medical environments.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
