Job Summary

Ideal Al Ain Dental & Healthcare Services W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee clinic operations, patient services, staff performance, compliance, and business growth.

The successful candidate will improve operational efficiency, service quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance across dental and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic and healthcare operations
  • Lead administrative, clinical-support, and customer-service teams
  • Monitor patient flow, appointments, service quality, and satisfaction
  • Develop operational policies, KPIs, budgets, and improvement plans
  • Coordinate with dentists, healthcare professionals, suppliers, and insurers
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, licensing, safety, and quality requirements
  • Manage staffing, training, scheduling, procurement, and facility needs
  • Monitor revenue, costs, productivity, and operational performance
  • Resolve patient complaints and operational issues
  • Prepare reports and support business-expansion initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Significant experience in healthcare, dental-clinic, or medical operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of patient services, compliance, budgeting, and performance management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with clinic-management or healthcare information systems
  • Qatar or GCC healthcare experience is preferred
  • Healthcare-management certification is advantageous
