Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Product and Application Specialist (In Vitro Diagnostics & Medical Laboratories Solutions) to join our growing team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products and laboratory solutions, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) products and laboratory solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and industrial sectors across Qatar.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Provide customers with support while ensuring excellent after-sales service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience in the Qatar market.
• Proven experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IVD products, laboratory solutions, and diagnostic technologies.
• Experience in industrial laboratory products and related markets is an added advantage.
• Established professional network with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare institutions, and industrial customers in Qatar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Willingness to conduct customer meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate

• Currently based in Qatar.
• Strong understanding of the local healthcare and laboratory market.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with a passion for business growth.
