A Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen, bakery, supermarket, and laundry equipment used in hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, bakeries, supermarkets, and industrial kitchens. The technician must diagnose electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and electronic faults while ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Install commercial kitchen and food service equipment. Perform testing and commissioning after installation. Ensure equipment is operating according to manufacturer standards. Maintenance & Repair Diagnose and repair equipment faults. Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown service. Replace defective spare parts and components. Perform emergency repair services at customer locations. Equipment Handling Work on equipment such as: Combi ovens Fryers Ovens & ranges Grills & salamanders Refrigerators & freezers Ice machines Dishwashers Bakery equipment Laundry equipment Cold rooms Steamers Shawarma & broaster machines Hot holding equipment
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
