Job Title: Accountant

Department: Accounts and Administration
Location: Doha, Qatar

JOB DESCRIPTION

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

1. Financial Transactions & Journal Entries – IDS/ERP

Review, verify, and record daily financial transactions.

Post journal entries into the general ledger.

Reconcile cash, credit card, and bank transactions.

4. Cash & Bank Management

Perform daily cash counts and reconcile with system records.

Deposit cash at bank and transfer funds to management account.

Reconcile bank transactions and balances.

7. Reporting

Prepare daily financial summaries for management (revenue, expenses, occupancy rates).

Assist in the preparation of cash flow and forecast reports.

Submit daily income and expense reports to the General Manager.

8. Posting Entries – ERP Application

Daily Sales

Petty Cash

Payment Voucher

9. Admin & HR Related Works

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring all documents are valid and current.

Payroll Oversight

Support payroll input by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.

3. Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR)

Review vendor invoices and prepare payment plans .

Reconcile supplier and guest accounts.

Check and track long-stay guest payments
