Job Summary

Sidra Medicine is seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to provide front-desk and administrative support. You will welcome patients, manage appointments, maintain medical records, verify insurance, and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors while managing appointments and patient registration.
  • Answer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and verify insurance information.
  • Assist with billing enquiries, payments, and patient documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain confidential records and support daily administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Pay: From QAR7,500.00 per month
