Position: Admin Assistant (Medical Center)
Contract: 3 months extendable contract
Job Purpose:
- To provide efficient administrative and front office support and ensure the smooth functioning of a Medical Center in a systematic way.
- On time response on official emails, replenish office supplies, routine filing, photocopying and other routine functions as directed by the supervisor and coordinating all medical queries and documents in an efficient and confidential way based on medical ethics and values.
- Arranging appointments and services with Doctors as requested.
- Coordinating with employees, patients and doctors related to all medical related queries in an efficient and confidential way based on medical ethics and values
