Medical Assistant jobs in Doha

Sama Medical Care is looking for a proactive and organized Medical Admin to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for daily clinic operations.
• Report directly to the Managing Director on operational matters and concerns.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, insurance, pharmacy, and other departments.
• Monitor and follow up on operational and administrative requirements.
• Maintain patient records, reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist with medical insurance, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with patients, suppliers, insurance companies, and external parties as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of clinic information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Healthcare/clinic administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance and EMR systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Locally available in Qatar.
