Marketing Associate jobs

• Monitor and respond to all client inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, and other channels promptly and professionally
• Confirm every order back to the client with clear details (design, size, flavor, delivery date/time, price) and update if any delays.
• Record all orders using the agreed order-intake format, capturing custom requests and special instructions in writing rather than relying on verbal handoff
• Coordinate same-day orders arriving via Snoonu alongside pre-orders, and communicate daily order volume clearly to the kitchen team
• Maintain a simple, up-to-date log of all inquiries and orders (digital, replacing reliance on the paper board alone)
• Escalate pricing questions or custom requests outside standard offerings to the Head Chef
• Keep Social Media active.
• Come up with trends, ideas & solutions for marketing.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus), written and spoken.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a task end-to-end without close supervision
• Clear, professional, and warm communication style - first point of contact for clients
• Basic comfort with simple digital tools (shared sheets/logs) and social media.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or order coordination preferred but not required

The location of the job is in Wakrah.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
