The Architect shall be responsible for design and develop sustainable building on numerous projects, including government institutions, commercial, residential, industrial, towers and mixed-use developments.

This position requires a highly qualified Architect with extensive experience in design development, working drawings production, coordination with other disciplines, specification and approval requirement and procedure,

Preference will be given to a qualified candidate who can demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in design and design management in a similar consultancy firm.
  • Architecture degree from a reputed university.
  • Registered with MME& GSAS, LEED is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and fluent in Arabic and English (R,W,S)
  • Previous experience in Qatar (Minimum 6 years).
  • Solid experience in project design, fir life safety, sustainablity (GSAS),DC1 & DC2 coordination and working drawings production.
  • Good experience and leadership in design review & coordination with other disciplines.
  • Capability to work on several projects concurrently.
  • Computer skills are a must in Revit, CAD, MS Office and other related software. BIM experience is a must.
