Job Title: Assistant – Laboratory
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to support daily laboratory and quality control operations in a cement manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for collecting and preparing raw material and cement samples, operating laboratory equipment, and assisting with testing and reporting activities while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect raw material, clinker, cement, and borehole samples.
• Prepare samples for laboratory analysis and testing.
• Perform sieve analysis, sample grinding, weighing, and pellet preparation.
• Support XRF analysis and quality control activities.
• Handle cement sample preservation, storage, and dispatch.
• Assist in concrete trial preparation and compressive strength testing.
• Operate laboratory equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the laboratory area.
• Follow all QHSSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Minimum primary school certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cement, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and sample preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Hardworking, flexible, and attentive to detail.
• Safety-conscious mindset.

Pay: QAR1,400.00 per month
