Job Title: Area Manager – F&B Industry

Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time | On-site

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant branches, ensure operational excellence, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches across assigned locations.
• Ensure all branches comply with company policies, operational procedures, and food safety standards.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, operating costs, and branch KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular branch visits and evaluate operational performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Area Manager position in F&B industry in Qatar.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant branches is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, sales management, cost control, and profitability.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
