Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Night Club Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within our vibrant nightlife venue. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff efficiently, and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including bar service, kitchen coordination, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement creative F&B strategies that align with the club’s brand and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of F&B staff to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labour, food, and beverage expenses, to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to obtain the best prices and quality.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for senior management.


Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably in a nightclub, bar, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
