Junior Engineer jobs

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to become part of our team in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across departments.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales and service teams to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records, databases and documentation.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and verify operational reports, invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor equipment, machinery and inventory records to ensure data accuracy.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers to support operational requirements.
• Identify operational issues and assist in implementing timely corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, reports and operational follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, specifications and operational manuals.
• Track maintenance schedules, inspections and service records to ensure equipment reliability.
• Generate periodic reports and provide operational updates to management.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.

- Prior experience in operations or planning within a related field, ideally in Heavy Equipment, Machinery or Construction.

- 1–2 years of mandatory experience in operations, logistics or office-based engineering.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data handling.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively.

- Candidates must be currently available in Qatar and able to provide a valid NOC, which is mandatory for joining.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Operations, Logistics, Spare Parts: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Required)
