Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience in a multi-brand jewellery and watches boutique. The role involves building lasting client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored product recommendations across a portfolio of prestigious brands. The Client Advisor will ensure the highest standards of service, maintain visual merchandising excellence, and contribute to achieving sales targets while embodying the brand’s values and prestige.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-end customer service to local and international clientele
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury jewellery, watches, and brand heritage
  • Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
  • Handle after-sales service requests with professionalism
  • Stay updated on product launches, trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery or watches; high-end fashion experience is also considered
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for luxury products and client service excellence
  • Well-groomed with a professional presence
