POSITION: Head of Internal Audit
SALARY: QAR 43,000 per month

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Internal Audit to lead and strengthen our internal audit and risk management functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and strong financial governance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the internal audit department and audit activities
• Develop audit plans, risk assessments, and compliance strategies
• Evaluate financial and operational processes to identify risks and improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
• Monitor internal controls and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Support corporate governance and business process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA, CIA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or finance leadership
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, compliance, and financial regulations
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
