Hiring: Medical Doctor – Insurance amp; Pre-Approvals

Location: Qatar

Nationality: Arab Nationality (Preferred)

We are looking for a qualified Medical Doctor with experience in the health insurance sector to support medical claims processing, pre-authorization, and clinical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process medical insurance claims in line with policy terms and medical necessity.

Assess pre-approval requests for consultations, investigations, procedures, and treatments.

Evaluate medical reports, diagnoses, and supporting clinical documents.

Apply clinical knowledge to assess illnesses, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

Provide appropriate medical guidance and consultation to patients.

Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance teams, and patients regarding approvals and claim queries.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of claims and pre-approvals.

Requirements:

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).Relevant experience in health insurance, medical claims, and pre-authorization.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, diagnoses, investigations, and treatment protocols.

Ability to assess medical necessity and review clinical documentation.

Excellent analytical, communication, and patient consultation skills.

Qatar healthcare or insurance sector experience is preferred.
