WE ARE HIRING – IT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Coordinator to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems, applications, endpoint devices, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices.
• Administer and support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, email configurations, and business applications.
• Create and manage Active Directory user accounts, passwords, permissions, and group memberships, ensuring appropriate and secure user access.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Diagnose basic LAN and network connectivity issues and coordinate with the network team/service providers for resolution.
• Configure, install, and provide technical support for VoIP phones and communication systems.
• Perform software installations, system upgrades, antivirus updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor endpoint devices and ensure systems are properly maintained and updated.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, system records, and technical documentation.
• Analyze recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate corrective solutions.
• Respond to IT service requests within agreed timelines and provide effective technical support to users.
• Coordinate with internal departments, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Support new employee onboarding by arranging and configuring required IT systems, email accounts, applications, and accessories.
• Ensure compliance with the organization's IT policies, security standards, and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT Support / IT Coordination / Desktop Support / System Administration.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of LAN troubleshooting, TCP/IP, printers, scanners, VoIP systems, and endpoint devices.
• Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting, system installation, patching, and antivirus management.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and end-user support/customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple IT requests and coordinate effectively with different departments and vendors.
