IT Support Engineer jobs

We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support to senior leadership and office users covering Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS, mobile devices, meeting rooms, printers, and connectivity, with remote support for international offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 onsite and remote IT support to executive and corporate users.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Support Teams, Teams Rooms, meeting rooms, printers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity.
• Assist with Entra ID, Intune, device enrollment, compliance, and M365 licensing.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
• Provision devices, install software, patch systems, and support refresh cycles.
• Coordinate with vendors and international IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT/Desktop Support or Systems Administration.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, and macOS knowledge.
• Experience supporting VIP/executive users preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
