Full job description

SEERO Engineering Consulting LLC is looking for a fresh IT/Computer Science graduate to join our team and support the IT Lead with day-to-day IT operations and technical support activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are preferred, prior professional experience is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot common PC, printer, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Strong willingness to learn IT infrastructure, network administration, and system support.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work closely with the IT Team Lead and provide day-to-day support to employees.
