Job Title: Soft Service Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Soft Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of independently running the Business Development department within a Facility Management, driving both business expansion and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day on-site operation which includes cleaning, and sub-contractors
• Supervise the workforce, ensuring that managers deliver their specific services within the agreed budget and standards
• Ensuring that delivery is of the highest quality with a significant emphasis on service excellence
• Ensure that the standards of compliance, health & Safety and hygiene are to the Company and Client standards at all times.
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Oversee staff on a daily basis
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in FM or Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in the Gulf region within soft services, particularly cleaning.
• BICS Leve 2 certification.
• IOSH WS; basic HSE certification.
• Experience of leading and developing a large team in a similar operation
• Committed to delivering exceptional service standards
• Passionate about quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be able to communication in English/Hindi
• Well-groomed neat and Hygiene
