A Claims Officer in an insurance company such as Beema (Damaan Islamic Insurance Company) is responsible for handling insurance claims from the time they are reported until they are settled.

Typical responsibilities include:

Receiving and registering insurance claims.

Reviewing policy coverage to confirm the claim is valid.

Collecting and verifying documents such as police reports, repair estimates, medical reports, and invoices.

Investigating claims and identifying possible fraud.
