Top Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through high-value purchases by exploring their personal style, occasion, and budget.
  • Educate clients on diamond qualities (the 4Cs), metal types, and jewelry care instructions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client follow-up.
  • Maintain security and presentation standards for all luxury merchandise and display cases.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of gems and precious metals (GIA coursework or certifications are a strong plus).
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
