ABOUT THE ROLE

London Implant Clinic is looking for a confident, patient-focused and results-driven Clinical Sales / Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Lusail.

This is a patient-facing sales role responsible for managing the complete patient journey — from the initial enquiry and consultation through follow-up, conversion and treatment coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing, handling objections, following up consistently and converting patient enquiries into confirmed treatments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming patient enquiries and calls and qualify patient interest.
  • Book and confirm consultations and actively work to reduce no-shows.
  • Present and explain treatment plans, pricing and payment options to patients.
  • Build patient confidence and guide patients through the decision-making process.
  • Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into confirmed treatments.
  • Collect deposits and ensure payment terms are followed.
  • Follow up consistently with patients who do not convert immediately.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records and case status.
  • Coordinate with reception and clinical teams regarding scheduling and patient requirements.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of patient medical and financial information.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for conversion, follow-up and collections.
  • Proactively identify and report opportunities to improve patient experience and clinic performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in discussing pricing and handling customer/patient objections.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.Excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working with sales and conversion KPIs.
  • Patient-first and service-oriented approach.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for assigned patient cases.
  • Professional, proactive and resilient personality.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Healthcare, dental, medical, clinical sales or treatment coordination experience will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with strong consultative sales experience from other industries may also be considered.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
