Qatar Prime Dental Center, a modern multi-specialty dental clinic on Al Waab Street, Doha, is recruiting a full-time Healthcare Insurance Coordinator to manage the complete insurance cycle for our patients — from eligibility checks to claim payment.

Responsibilities:

1. Verifying patient insurance eligibility (QLM, GlobeMed, and other schemes) before appointments

2. Preparing and submitting pre-approvals for planned treatments and following up until approved

3. Submitting insurance claims accurately and on time; tracking claim status and resubmitting rejected claims

4. Coordinating with insurance companies, TPA desks, and patients on required documentation

5. Reconciling insurance payments against invoices and following up patient co-pay balances with reception

6. Maintaining accurate records in the clinic management system (DentallyAI) and reporting monthly insurance figures to management

7. Supporting reception with insurance-related patient inquiries

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of medical or dental insurance experience in Qatar (claims, pre-approvals, TPA coordination)

2. Strong working knowledge of QLM and/or GlobeMed processes

3. Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus

4. Accurate with numbers, documents, and deadlines; comfortable with clinic software

5. In Qatar with transferable visa / NOC preferred — immediate start

6. Professional, discreet with patient data, and a true team player

Working hours: Full time, Saturday–Thursday (clinic hours ~10:00 AM–7:00 PM with breaks).

Wednesday : from 12:00 PM -9:00 PM

Friday off.

Salary: QAR 4,000–6,000/month depending on experience and insurance-network knowledge.
