International Medical Company (IMC) is a Healthcare and pharmaceutical supplier operating in Qatar.
A Healthcare Operations Coordinator manages the daily operational flow of healthcare services, making sure patients are served efficiently, records are accurate, and clinical teams are well supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hospital/clinic operations and patient flow
- Support appointment scheduling and patient admissions/discharges
- Assist doctors, nurses, and administrative teams with workflow needs
- Manage healthcare records, documentation, and system updates
- Handle insurance approvals and billing coordination
- Monitor service quality and patient experience
- Coordinate with different departments (lab, pharmacy, radiology)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards
- Support staff scheduling and operational planning
- Handle patient or family inquiries and service issues
Pay: From QAR12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
