Lead Healthcare Operations That Enhance Patient Care and Service ExcellenceHealthcare Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily healthcare operations and service delivery functions
- Manage operational performance, patient experience, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to improve efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, operational budgets, and patient satisfaction metrics
- Support strategic growth and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of healthcare operations or healthcare management experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
