Job Overview:
A Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant provides compassionate support and daily assistance to elderly individuals who need help with personal care, mobility, health routines, and household activities. The role focuses on improving the quality of life, safety, and independence of seniors while offering emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly clients with daily personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home or care facility.
• Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and maintaining proper nutrition.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor basic health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional health to family members or medical staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote well-being.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, or community outings when required.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of daily activities and client needs.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for elderly individuals.

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience in elderly care, caregiving, nursing assistance, or healthcare support is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward elderly clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks and patient mobility.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• First Aid or healthcare-related certification is an advantage.

Pay: QAR35,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per year
