Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Junior Administrator to support our daily administrative and operational activities in a fast-paced event management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, quotations, and correspondence.
• Maintain company records, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist with tender and project documentation.
• Handle emails, calls, meetings, and scheduling.
• Support event-related administrative and logistical requirements.
• Follow up on documents, approvals, and outstanding requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Event management or project-based experience is preferred.
• Valid Qatar residency is preferred.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
