Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Encoder to join our team on a temporary basis (6 months) until the customer data cleansing project is completed.

As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for the accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of data. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and company information.
• Encode data accurately from source documents into the prescribed databases, spreadsheets, systems, and electronic forms.
• Verify data for completeness, accuracy, validity, and consistency before submission.
• Track, update, and maintain client information and contact details in the database.
• Perform data validation and identify discrepancies or duplicate records during the data cleansing process.
• Organize and maintain electronic records in accordance with company procedures.
• Generate reports or provide data updates as requested by the manager.
• Assist with customer data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity.
• Perform any other data encoding or administrative tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, data encoding, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Working Hours

• Sunday to Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type

• Temporary (6 Months)

The position is available until the customer data cleansing project is completed.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
