Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Doha office. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices.
• Payment management: Prepare and execute payments to suppliers.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Compliance checks: Ensure adherence to company policies and Qatari financial regulations.
• Audit support: Provide documentation and assistance during internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Qatari financial practices is an advantage.
