Job Summary

The Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and clinical support within the Facial Department while also assisting the Slimming and Laser Departments as required. The role involves patient preparation, treatment assistance, monitoring patient safety, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout their visit.

Key ResponsibilitiesFacial Department Support

• Prepare clients for facial and skin treatment procedures.
• Assist physicians and therapists during aesthetic and facial treatments.
• Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor client comfort and safety throughout treatments.

Slimming Department Support

• Assist in body composition assessments and measurements.
• Support doctors and therapists during slimming procedures.
• Monitor clients during treatment sessions and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and progress documentation.
• Assist in client follow-up and appointment coordination when required.

Laser Department Support

• Prepare treatment rooms and laser equipment according to clinic standards.
• Assist physicians and laser therapists during laser procedures.
• Conduct patient preparation and explain treatment protocols.
• Ensure all laser safety procedures and regulations are followed.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate nursing care.

General Nursing Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during consultations and procedures.
• Collect and record patient vital signs and relevant clinical information.
• Perform blood collection and specimen handling as per clinic protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all clinic policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with inventory management and stock monitoring of medical supplies.
• Ensure proper infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety procedures are followed.
• Report incidents, equipment issues, or patient concerns promptly.
• Participate in training programs and continuous professional development.
• Support other departments as operationally required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid MOPH License.
• Valid BLS/CPR Certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Previous experience in aesthetic, dermatology, slimming, laser, or cosmetic clinics is an advantage.
• Experience assisting with aesthetic and dermatological procedures is preferred.

Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
