Work Schedule

Full-time position
8–10 hours per day
6 days per week
Site-based work with occasional emergency call-outs

Key Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities
Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians on project sites
Inspect systems to ensure proper performance and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system faults and issues
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
Review and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
Manage materials, tools, and equipment usage on site
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Skills for This Role

Strong HVAC systems knowledge (chillers, split units, ducting, VRF systems)
Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Team leadership and supervision experience
Preventive maintenance planning and execution
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation methods
Health and safety (HSE) awareness
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Communication and coordination abilities
Time management and site organization skills

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
Proven experience in HVAC installation or technical supervision roles
Strong hands-on experience with HVAC systems and maintenance
Ability to lead and manage technical teams on-site
Good understanding of safety standards and procedures
Willingness to work in field-based and physically active environments
