HR jobs in Doha

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance with Qatar Labour Law and applicable Ministry of Labour requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices in Qatar, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support a diverse, multicultural workforce in a fast-paced food production and hospitality environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Strong working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, WPS, employment documentation, and HR compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, attendance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Experience handling HR documentation for a multicultural workforce.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and HR information systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in food production, bakery, catering, hospitality, FMCG, or manufacturing environments will be preferred.
• Experience managing a large, multicultural, shift-based workforce.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with Operations, Finance, and other departments.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar with relevant local HR experience are preferred.
