Objective:

Under direct supervision of the HR Manager, performs various complex payroll functions which include processing payroll activities such as (leaves, attendance, settlement, medical, etc.) in compliance with company policies and Qatar labor law.

Responsibilities

Technical responsibilities

• Payroll Calculation, making SIF file and Uploading via WPS online.
• Preparation of Salary Wages, Maintaining Payroll, Employee Loan advance, Leave encashment, Annual Leave settlement and Employee full and final settlement.
• Making Leave Settlement and End of Service settlement for employee as per Qatar Law.
• Handling Time sheets calculation, leave absent and late coming and work out over time.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditingand operational use.
• Maintaining accounting records for special accounts and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations in State of Qatar.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment .
• Maintaining personal file of individual employee.
• Update of leave records of employee’s
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
• Reviewing and verifying accuracy of data.
• Other duties may be assigned accordingly to the company requirements

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
