ob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Sales to manage, supervise, and lead the sales team. The primary responsibility is to ensure team productivity, monitor individual performance, achieve sales targets, and maintain accountability through regular follow-ups and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
• Assign sales targets, leads, and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance against assigned KPIs and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
• Guide, motivate, and coach team members to improve sales performance and conversions.
• Ensure timely client follow-ups, proposal submissions, and deal closures.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Track sales pipeline, lead status, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client handling and service delivery.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, CRM procedures, reporting standards, and escalation processes.
• Support the team in resolving client issues and handling major sales escalations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and improve team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in target setting, KPI monitoring, and sales reporting.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
• Ability to maintain team discipline, accountability, and consistent follow-up.
• Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is preferred.

License/Certification:

• Qatar Driving License (Required)
