About Us

Qutoof Group operates in fresh fruits & vegetables retail, online delivery, e-commerce, and food & beverage businesses across Qatar. We move fast, deal with a high volume of products/orders, and need organized people who can keep data clean and accurate without turning everything into chaos.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter and update product, inventory, supplier, and sales data into company systems
• Maintain accurate records for pricing, stock, invoices, and purchase orders
• Upload and organize products on e-commerce platforms and internal systems
• Verify data accuracy and fix errors quickly
• Prepare reports using Excel / Google Sheets
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounting teams
• Organize digital files and documents
• Assist with basic admin and office tasks when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, admin, or office support preferred
• Good English skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Fast typing and strong attention to detail
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work under pressure and handle large amounts of data
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems or Odoo is a bonus

Preferred

• Experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or food businesses
• Familiar with inventory and product management
• Basic understanding of invoices and accounting documents
