Job Title: Travel Agent / Travel Consultant

## Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Travel Agent / Travel Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to book flights, corporate travel, luxury holidays, end-to-end visa processing services for our clients and inbound/outbound tour packages. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of global ticketing systems (GDS), exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record of designing memorable travel experiences.

## Key Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Reservations: Handle domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance using GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo).
• Itinerary Design: Design, customize, and sell competitive inbound and outbound holiday packages, including luxury tours, cultural excursions, and corporate travel itineraries.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual travelers by providing prompt, accurate, and professional advice.
• Documentation & Compliance: Manage visa processing assistance, passport requirements, and ensure all travel documentation complies with local and international regulations.
• Operations & Coordination: Liaise with local and international destination management companies (DMCs), hotels, and airlines to secure the best rates and exclusive amenities for clients.
• Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle itinerary changes, flight cancellations, refunds, and any unforeseen travel emergencies faced by clients.
• Sales & Targets: Actively pursue sales leads, cross-sell travel products, and meet monthly team performance goals.

## Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience working as a Travel Agent or Consultant (experience in the GCC region is highly preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Global Distribution Systems—Amadeus or Galileo is mandatory.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with airline ticketing rules, IATA regulations, re-issuance procedures, and global geography.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Strong professional communication skills are essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer service orientation with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using modern booking portals.
