About The Roles

1. Store Manager

As the Store Manager, you are the CEO of your store. You will drive commercial success, lead and inspire a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence.

• Key Focus: P&L management, strategic commercial planning, talent development, and community engagement.
• Experience Needed: 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of hitting KPIs and developing teams.

2. Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you are the operational backbone of the store and the right hand to the Store Manager. You will bridge the gap between strategy and daily execution.

• Key Focus: Floor management, daily operations, visual merchandising compliance, and on-the-floor staff coaching.
• Experience Needed: 1-2 years of supervisory/keyholder experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

3. Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our brand. You will create memorable experiences for our customers, build brand loyalty, and drive daily sales.

• Key Focus: Direct customer service, product storytelling, maintaining store aesthetics, and achieving personal sales targets.
• Experience Needed: Retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude and passion for people are essential!
