• Assist in the daily operations, troubleshooting, and production schedules of the engineering workshop.
• Interpret, modify, and develop technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to ensure precision, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Apply core engineering principles to practical fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or engineering environment is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Core Competencies: A solid grasp of fundamental engineering subjects (materials science, mechanics, and manufacturing processes).
• Attributes: A strong willingness to learn on the job, adapt to workshop dynamics, and take on new technical challenges.
