Primary Purpose of the Job:



  • Performs a variety of skilled and semiskilled tasks in managing the cleaning services, garden maintenance, pest control, stock maintenance and various services activities related to maintenance etc.
  • Direct and participate in the completion of services in a manner consistent with safety principles. Estimates kinds and qualities of supplies are needed for performance of services.
  • Assists in the supervision and participate in the operation and maintenance of services facilities; repair and maintain services equipment and facilities.
    • Directs the work of contractor personnel, ensure utilization of appropriate safety equipment and procedures. Performs the essential functions of the job without posting a direct threat to the health and safety of others.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge, Skill & Experience
  • Completed High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial camp activities within similar industry or hotels.
  • Knowledge of materials, method, practices and equipment used in facilities maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ability to deal effectively and courteously with associates and the general public.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
