  • Foreman | Real Estate & Construction / Industrial

Experienced Foreman responsible for supervising and coordinating construction, renovation, maintenance, and property development activities across real estate and industrial projects. Skilled in managing site teams, subcontractors, materials, and daily operations while ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction, renovation, fit-out, and maintenance activities.
  • Lead and coordinate skilled workers, technicians, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and general construction works.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and proper workmanship.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, property managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Monitor material usage, equipment, and site resources to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise property maintenance, refurbishment, handover, and defect rectification works.
  • Prepare daily progress updates and report site activities, challenges, and requirements to management.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and according to required quality standards.

Pay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month

Experience:
