Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (POS system).
• Process payments (cash, card, online) with accuracy and honesty.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and service stations.
• Assist in preparing basic beverages or items when required.
• Coordinate with baristas, kitchen staff, and runners for smooth service flow.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a cashier, server, or customer service staff in F&B.
• Experience in specialty coffee shops or restaurants is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic POS and cash‑handling knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Presentable, polite, and team‑oriented.
• Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
