Responsibilities:

• Order Accuracy and Timely Delivery:
• Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food orders to the correct tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery.
• Customer Interaction:
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Communication with the Kitchen:
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
• Relay customer feedback to the kitchen and address any concerns.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:
• Keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Assist in various tasks to support overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Food Runner is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
