Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the planning, preparation, setup, service, and cleanup of catering events while ensuring professional service, food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up catering areas for events and functions.
  • Arrange food, beverages, tables, and catering equipment.
  • Serve food and beverages professionally to guests.
  • Assist with buffet and event service.
  • Ensure food is handled, stored, and served safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff, waiters, and event teams.
  • Monitor food and beverage supplies during events.
  • Assist with transporting and organizing catering equipment and supplies.
  • Provide professional and friendly service to guests.
  • Assist with cleaning and packing equipment after events.
  • Follow company procedures and health and safety standards.
  • Perform other catering duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous catering or hospitality experience is preferred.
