Health & Fitness Manager has a dynamic and critical role of overseeing all aspects of the Health and Fitness operations in the club. This includes managing fitness programs, ensuring the well-being of our members, and driving overall health and fitness revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle, and a commitment to fostering a positive and motivating environment for staff and members alike. Health and Fitness Manager will manager Fitness Team Leads and Coaches- Personal Trainers, and Group Exercise instructors and will be responsible for ensuring revenue generation and product delivery quality to ensure customer engagement

Delivery of PT revenue targets ( PTC & PTS)
Delivery of GX , MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets
Ensure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes
Ensure continous improvement in Customer Experience and engagement
Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health & Fitness products offerings
Ensure a culture of Fitness First Winning Ways

Appplicants must posess strong knowledge and 3-4 years of experience in managing Health & Fitness teams
Must be able to demonstrate expertise in selection, recruitting of talent pool and team building / bonding
Must be able to offer solutions to spesific case issues pertaining to PTC, PTS and other revenue streams
Must be well versed with international standards and requirements and training delivery
Strong knowledge of fitness equipment , exercise programming and nutrition
Desireable to have Group Classes background and any Les Mills/ global program
Dynamic, confident and lives the brand. Excellent communication skills.
