Family Medicine Specialist – Qatar

A reputable medical center in Qatar is seeking a qualified Family Medicine Specialist to join its growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for individuals and families of all ages, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, preventive medicine, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services for patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and vaccinations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and promote healthy lifestyle practices.
• Refer patients to specialists when appropriate and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health management.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar's healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• MD/MBBS with specialization in Family Medicine.
• Board Certification or equivalent qualification in Family Medicine.
• Valid QCHP license or eligibility for licensing in Qatar.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: QAR11,975.11 - QAR32,276.71 per month
